Met Bhargav Shivarthy at the Algonquin Hotel for lunch. We sat right next to the legendary Round Table where literary stars such as Dorthny Parker held court in the 1920s. 

Bhargav founded startup Pricing Culture three years ago. 

He started by building databases of prices for collectibles ranging from art to vintage cars to baseball cards. The idea was to establish benchmarks for investors in alternative assets. 

He realized that by leveraging Generative AI he could create news-style stories based on the data and it would make the information more accessible to a larger audience. 

Since then, he’s built a platform, MachineGenerated.com, that taps into databases to generate articles on everything from collectibles to economic data to stock market activity. He sells content feeds in the form of news articles, research reports and content marketing to financial firms and publishers via APIs.
